I played soccer for ten years, but unfortunately, a severe knee injury forced me to end my soccer career. However, this setback did not discourage me; instead, it motivated me to explore a new athletic path. I shifted my focus to strength training and initially worked out in my childhood bedroom using bodyweight exercises. Over time, I gradually expanded my training by investing in dumbbells and barbells to diversify my workouts. Yet, even that was not enough to satisfy my ambition, so I eventually transitioned to training in a gym.
At first, I trained without a structured plan or professional guidance. But as my passion for fitness grew, I realized that simply lifting heavy weights without a clear goal was not the most effective approach. Determined to maximize my progress, I pursued professional education and became a certified fitness and health trainer.
Since 2008, I have been dedicated to training without experiencing any further injuries. Fitness has transformed my life in countless positive ways. Embracing a healthy lifestyle, maintaining a strong mindset, and prioritizing proper nutrition have all become essential aspects of my daily routine. Today, alongside my career as a fitness model and coach, I cherish my role as a devoted husband and father, enjoying life with my wonderful wife and two amazing children.
